Description

  • The same subset of users cannot connect to a published desktop, while others can connect without any issue
  • Both affected and unaffected users are connecting with the same client
  • The session starts to open, the Windows logon screen appears, then the window closes
  • On the cloud backend logs or CDF logs, a Session Start failure can be seen with the reason "Launch.SessionLimitReached"

Resolution

Enable the setting "Configure user Group Policy loopback processing mode " through GPO on the VDAs.
