Description
- Custom-built applications that act as a launcher for other applications
- Sporadically, both the seamless application window and the launched application window disappear on Mac clients
- In Citrix Viewer, the windows show as transparent and are not clickable, Mac menu bar would not work as well
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
Run the CAX tool on a VDA or Master image(in case of MCS/PVS usage) and set "DO NOT SEND OFF SCREEN WINDOWS (0x00020000)" to the specific application class
