Description

When upgrading VDA to 2203 Cu2, you may receive an error stating "Internal error: Internal WPF code tried to reactive a bindingexpression that was already marked as detached"

Resolution

Please remove any anti-virus installed on the VDA machines before doing the upgrade. 

Once the anti-virus software has been removed, then upgrade should compete fine. 

Problem Cause

Issue with anti-virus blocking upgrade occurring.
