Information

NetScaler, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, has made the decision to end of sale (EoS) NetScaler (Citrix ADC) perpetually licensed hardware (MPX, SDX) and perpetual software (VPX/BLX) effective 5th March, 2023.
NetScaler subscription licenses remain and will be the preferred way to purchase NetScaler ADC moving forward.  
NOTE: This notification ONLY affects NetScaler ADC hardware and software that has perpetual licenses. NetScaler can still be purchased as a subscription license. For more details speak with your NetScaler representative or partner.

NetScaler, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, announces a Notice of Status Change for the following NetScaler (Citrix ADC) perpetually licensed products:
  • NetScaler MPX and SDX hardware sold as perpetually licensed devices will be end of sale 5th March 2023. This includes field conversions of MPX to SDX and throughput or edition upgrades
  • Perpetually licensed VPX/BLX offerings will be end of sale 5th March 2023
  • Low end VPX subscription (VPX10 Mbps and VPX 25 Mbps) will be end of sale 5th March 2023
  • NetScaler Standard edition will be end of sale 22nd March 2023 for all models
  • Cold spares will be end of sale 5th March 2023
The tables below explain the NetScaler perpetual hardware and software licensing lifecycle management milestones as well as important information regarding key dates and replacement options during this period. All dates and milestones are in accordance with the Citrix Systems Inc. end of life and end of support policies.
