Logon Service Fails and PvsAgent.exe Crashes on VDA

Description
- After updating WEM, VDA and PVS on my golden image everything works fine in maitnenance, but once the golden image is promoted to test or production the Netlogon service stops working.
- We can see the PvsAgent.exe crashing in the event logs.
Resolution
Uninstall the VDA and reinstall VDA selecting the option "Create a master image using Citrix Provisioning tools"
Problem Cause
The service PvsAgent.exe was present on the PVS image.
PvsAgent.exe should be present only on MCS VDAs.
