VDA upgrade service fails when upgrading CU version

Description
VDA does not upgrade when upgrading to next CU version.
In Studio the upgrade starts, goes into In-Progress and moves to completed however, the installed version does not change. After a minute or two, the status moves back to upgrade available.
Resolution
VDA upgrade service compares the version before starting the Upgrade Process.
VDA upgrade service at present compares only the Version Major i.e 2203.x.x.x. Due to which for CU Upgrades, It considers as already Up to Date.
Our engineering team have have created a fix for this.
This fix will be part of VDA 2212 release.
It will be rolled out to all VDAs in Q1 2023.
