Description

Stream service restarts periodically.

Resolution

Disable any third party agent that is scanning or running any script that can affect PVS processes and services.
Add exceptions to any security agents running on the PVS server.

Problem Cause

Procmon helped in identifying that third-party tool was running a script that was restarting the service.
