Description
When using a published application, users are not able to use a keyboard layout other than English-US. Necessary policies for dynamic keyboard sync and IME improvement have been set via policy.
Resolution
Imported the contents of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts from a working server.
Problem Cause
Server VDAs were missing keyboard layout mapping information under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts hive
