Description
Machines created via MCS are not resolving Machine Name. Instead the object SID is shown when viewing the Citrix Cloud Console as well as Get-BrokerMachine via Remote PowerShell SDK..
Resolution
Temporary Workaround:
Manually running Update-BrokerNameCache -Machine S-1-5-XX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX forces an update to check the broker machine name
Please note: Customer must have latest PowerShell Remote SDK installed for this command to be available.
Problem Cause
The Broker reaches out to a possibly different Connector\Domain Controller than MCS utilized to create the identity resulting in a failed call by the Broker because AD replication has not completed yet.
