When attempting to create a hosting connection to vSphere from Citrix Cloud, vSphere is not listed as an option:
Resolution
When using connector appliance and cloud connectors on Windows machines, see the following as adivised by https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-cloud/citrix-cloud-resource-locations/connector-appliance.html#vmware-esxi
Connector appliance only applicable to Image portability service, Secure private access and Hypervisor management service and not CVAD service.
In order to create hosting connection to deploy machines using CVAD service, please install Citrix Cloud Connector components on Windows VM present on same hypervisor and in same resource location.
