SSON working if user uses a PIN to logon to client

Description
SSON will not work with CWA Windows Client .
Ssonsvr.exe will not launch when the user logs on to the client .
SSONMChecker shows this error.
[SSONChecker][Installation][Single Sign-on process running][The Single Sign-on process is not running. Reboot the machine after installing Citrix Workspace to start the process.]
Resolution
User is logging on to the client using a PIN and not using username and password .
As per design "Windows Hello based authentication with domain pass-through is not supported".

Issue will not occcurr when user logs on with username and password.
