• Upgrade Xendesktop from 7.15 Cu8 to 1912 CU5 or above
• Could connect externally through ADC Netscaler using HTML5 when on 7.15 but not with the latest codes
• Connecting to the machines using HTML5 via direct storefront works fine
• App launch via workspace app works fine though ADC as well
• Only while Launching the Desktop via HTML5 with the latest CVAD code gives white blank screen

 

• The solution is to use Advanced CVPN in the setup.
• In order to enable advanced CVPN, Please follow the steps

1. Navigate to the session profile configurations mapped to the Gateway Vserver and navigate to the Client Experience tab, from the Clientless Access list, click On.
2. On the Client Experience tab, from the Advanced Clientless VPN Mode list, click Enabled

Problem Cause

• The latest HTML5 receiver has introduced certain Javascript code that is breaking the legacy CVPN (cvpn V1) And this is expected behavior of cvpnV1
