Below message is seen after launching a session using the HTML5 client . Multi-monitor setup requires permission Do you want to give permission to use multiple monitors? The message is seebn even though there is only 1 monitor on the client device .
Resolution
This is by design.
The prompt will appear even when no external monitor is connected.
The prompt is to get the user’s permission to check for the presence of extra monitors.
The API we use requires this.
Question should be asked once for the first time. User won’t be asked again until the cache is cleared.
