ICA RTT data displayed as n/a in Director
Resolution
Add the User Group that contains Citrix Users to the Remote Desktop Users group on the VDAs. This can be done locally through Computer Management or through a GPO.
Problem Cause
RDP Users need permissions to synchronize the EUEM events, to be able to read the EUEM events, like ICA-RTT.
