The client plugin fails to upgrade to the new one after upgrade ADC, following logs sample could be found in client plugin logs

Resolution

Workaround

Download the plugin installation package from Citrix download website and install the new version plugin and manually on client windows.

Solution

Upgrade windows packages using admin GUI by referring below link

Problem Cause

The cause is from issue of the build package build-13.1-24.38_nc_64.tgz in which the gateway plugin is not packed correctly.
