Citrix Systems, Inc. announces a Notice of Status Change for the Citrix Secure Internet Access (SIA) product line.
The following CSIA SKUs across all regions will be marked for End of Sale:
- Citrix Secure Internet Access – Standard
- Citrix Secure Internet Access – Advanced
- Citrix Secure Internet Access – Premium
- Citrix SIA data storage SKUs
- CSS Adv Citrix Secure Internet Access – Standard
- CSS Adv Citrix Secure Internet Access – Advanced
- CSS Adv Citrix Secure Internet Access – Premium
- All Citrix Secure Internet Access Internal/Demo SKUs
The tables below explain the Citrix Secure Internet Access software lifecycle management milestones as well as important information regarding dates and options during this period. The dates and milestones provided are in accordance with stated End of Service/ End of Support policies for Citrix Systems, Inc.

End of Sale - Initial Sales and Renewals (EOS) | The date on which Citrix will stop selling Citrix Secure Internet Access renewals and new subscriptions. | December 31, 2022 |

The product numbers affected by this announcement and their replacements are listed in Table 2 (below). The products listed in the Product Replacement / Alternatives column represent the migration path for this discontinued software release. Citrix will evaluate on a case-by-case basis any critical applicable security patch.

Customer Actions
Citrix highly recommends that existing customers pursue a last-time buy before the End of Sale date to ensure their full install base will have the required subscription length they require, up to 3 years at the most. Existing customers can continue to expand and purchase license upgrades until December 31, 2025. During this period, SIA will be supported and maintained.
