Resolution

To address this issue, implement either solution below

Solution 1: If the Memory Usage Limit is not assigned with any value or it shows "0" Mbytes, assign the memory by executing the following command. You can allocate up to 50% of the available memory to the Integrated Caching feature.

e.g. To set memory usage limit to 1024MB.
> set cache parameter –memLimit 1024
> savec
> reboot

e.g. Run below command to confirm Integrated Cache(IC) feature is enabled and memory allocated properly.

> sh cache parameter
        Integrated cache global configuration:
        Memory usage limit: 1024 MBytes
Memory usage limit (active value): 1024 MBytes
Maximum value for Memory usage limit: 1720 MBytes

Solution 2: You may disable the "Integrated cache" feature via NetScaler CLI to bypass this issue.
> disable ns feature IC
> savec

Problem Cause

Integrated Caching memory exhaustion or improper configuration may lead to NetScaler resetting connections to clients with code 9826, indicating insufficient memory for NET buffers in NetScaler.
