Resolution

Verify all supported TLS versions are enabled on the master image and DDC's.

For example: TLS 1.2 is enabled on the DDC, but TLS 1.1 and 1.2 are enabled on the image.

Using a tool like IIS Crypto (https://www.nartac.com/Products/IISCrypto) can show what is enabled on the DDC's, Cloud Connectors, or the master image.
