Caveats
Today, new features in optimized Teams require collaboration between Microsoft and Citrix. If you find a feature missing within Teams optimization, you can raise a feature request (RFE) via your Citrix Sales Engineer or Account Manager.
Troubleshooting
Based on the issue encountered, different logs may be required to investigate the issue. To expedite the investigation, report issues with all the logs.

- Console logs:
- Open Chrome://extensions and click “Details” under the Citrix Workspace extension.
- In the open link, click on src/SessionWindow.html under “Inspect Views” when the session is present.
- Developer console will open up. Right-click and Save As to txt file.
- Citrix Workspace app version: There are many places where this is displayed. chrome://extensions → Citrix Workspace App.
- Chrome OS version: You can find this in About Chrome OS in the settings app on Chromebooks
