Sessions are not recorded while Session Recording Storage Manager message queue uses http\https protocol

On VDA, Message Queuing outgoing queues state shown as "Waiting to connect"

1. On Session Recording Server, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
2. In the Connections pane, expand the server name expand Sites and then click on the Default Web Site
3. In the Actions pane, click Bindings...
4. In the Site Bindings dialog box, select Type used "http" OR "https" based on your configuration and click on Edit button.
5. Verify the Host name, if its invalid correct it or remove and Click on OK.
6. Close the Site Bindings Window
7. Launch the Application\Desktop and check the recording
