"Not authorized to execute this command" error for External Authentication System User

Description
After login ADC management GUI using local AD user, below Error message prompt:
"2 error(s) encountered.
Not authorized to execute this command [show ns license]
Not authorized to execute this command [show ns feature]"
Resolution
Issue resolved after correct system user User Name spelling in NetScaler
System User name configured in NetScaler is case sensitive.
Problem Cause
NetScaler external authentication enabled system user's User Name is inconsistent with AD's user name.System User name configured in NetScaler is case sensitive.
