You may see high number of licenses in License usage report 

Example:
You may have purchased 1500 concurrent licenses and you can see 1000 user sessions being used but the license usage report shows more than 1250 licenses being used.

You may see following user sessions with following user name

anon000@computername
anon001@computername

You may see that the licenses are not returned to the pool whenever an anonymous user disconnects, and UDADMIN is not displaying the same anon000 naming convention. The license allocation shown from UDADMIN in the new environment looks like:

1. The issue can be fixed by removing the anonymous logon for the application. This could any third part application
2. Check the Store in Storefront if it has configured for Anonymous Authentication

Problem Cause

In 7.15 the anonymous user name will be converted to numbers after they log off. For anonymous user who has current logged on, you may see following username: anon000@computername anon001@computername anon002@computername
