Walk-through the new export logs steps
Instructions
To export logs follow the below steps
Login to the ALMC gui
Click on System
Click on Monitoring and Storage
Click on Export Logs located in the upper right area beneath the logged in username, typically "administrator"
At the bottom of the page click on Export logs. Unless requested do not select the crash dump files option
In the left section of the page click on Tasks
Once the task is done click on, select the task
View the details of the task
Click on the link to download the file locally
Upload the file as requested, typically via cis.citrix.com
