Storefront Console crashes when clicking configuration at node Manage Receiver for Web sites. The Store Front has successfully upgraded from 7.15 to 2203 LTSR.

Problem Cause

mmc.exe fails to find the file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\InternetWeb\receiver\images\2x\CitrixReceiverLogo_Home@2x_3FEDFD700D66DF42.png', and triggers a System.IO.FileNotFoundException.
