When admin attempts to upgrade Desktop OS VDA to 2203 Cumulative Update 1 from any  version, it fails with the error:
Configuration Tool [path]IcaConfigConsole.exe failed with erorr code -4.

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.

Cumulative Update 1 was rereleased as Cumulative Update 1100 on August 24, 2022. The rerelease addresses this issue.

Workaround:
Create the registry key on the VDA:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI
