Description
In the Citrix environment , you may have your resources based in a "resource" domain and users based in the "user" domain.
A two-way trust may be in place between the two domains.
Cloud connectors are only deployed in the "resource" domain.
Users from the "users" domain can log in and start sessions in the "resource" domain but their usernames are replaced with SID numbers in Citrix Cloud.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you will need to used Cloud connectors and Connector Appliances.
Cloud Connector cannot transverse domain-level trusts, therefore additional cloud connector should be installed per user domain.
The Connector appliance supports forests trusts.
So you will one appliance per forest and two connectors per resource location.
