Description
Issue when connecting license server on Citrix Provisioning Configuration Wizard.
The license server found at this address is not compatible with this version of Citrix provisioning.
Resolution
Need to make sure all applications can use port 27000 on firewall.
If firewall is based on applications and not ports. then you may have an issue where you can telnet using ports 27000 and 7279 fine, however, apps will still not be allowed to use them.
Please engage your firewall team to confirm there is no issues with communication while reproducing the issue.
In this case, we could applications getting denied on port 27000.
Once this was allowed form the Firewall, issue was resolved.
