Description

While creating host connection on Citrix Cloud user receives:

Error "No Citrix CC was found, either on the site or for the required zone. At least one CC is needed for the site."

Resolution

  1. Allow Xendesktop.net through proxy server for Cloud Connectors

Problem Cause

Cloud connector is unable to reach Delivery Controller on Citrix Cloud using Xendesktop.net through the proxy server
