CVAD2203 black screen when resizing desktop viewer for HDX3D pro desktop
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
The workaround for VDA2203 is adding the below registration key in the VDA
HKLM\Software\Citrix\Graphics\CopyEngineBehaviour = 0 (DWORD)
Note: The registry disables an enhancement that improves performance by utilizing the GPU more efficiently. Disabling it means it will go back to the previous behavior, which may result in poorer application performance.
Or the VDA1912LTSR or VDA2206CR can be used. The issue has been fixed in VDA2206.
