Cannot activate Microsoft Pinyin IME in Windows server 2016/2019/2022  VDA if client keyboard layout set “sync only once” mode

Following are the details of the error, 

1. VDA OS is a Windows server 2016/2019/2022  English version.
2. CWA Windows set the keyboard layout to “Sync only once – when the session launch” mode in “Advanced Preferences” -> “Keyboard and Language Bar” -> “Keyboard Layout”.

3. Switch client input language to Microsoft Pinyin IME for Chinese.
4. Start the virtual apps or desktop.
5. Microsoft Pinyin IME is not activated after login.

Perform the following workaround,

• To input Simplified Chinese, install Microsoft Pinyin IME through UI configuration "Settings" -> "Time & Language" -> "Language" -> "Add a Language" -> “Chinese (Simplified, China)”
