Recommendation While taking a Trace on Citrix ADC.

Instructions

Step 1 : Kindly go to the below path and choose the option "Start new trace" in order to start a trace :
In the ADC GUI > System > Diagnostics > Technical Support Tools.
Steps 2 : Acknowledge (ssl keys capture)
Step 3 : After capturing the issue in the trace , stop and download  nstrace

Points to Consider :
1. Packet size : 0
2. Number of Trace Files : 1
3. File Size :0
4. Capture SSL Master Keys  : Enable (If we need to capture ssl session keys if the traffic is of https and need to be decrypted later)

Note : Leave other filters untouched unless required. If the trace is not getting decrypted with the session keys captured kindly disable session re-use and ECC Curves from the Vserver and the services (in case of Load balancing vserver).
