Description
Citrix Cloud: OnPrem site aggregation fails during the discovery of the server address.
The error received is "We couldn't find your site".
Resolution
Enable Citrix Cloud to discover the on-prem site by following

Install at least two Cloud Connectors in your Site’s domain. (If not installed yet)
Create an Active Directory security group and add the Cloud Connectors in your domain to it.
Restart the Cloud Connectors.
In Citrix Studio (on-prem), grant the security group Read Only permissions, at a minimum.
Discover the site and verify if that works,
