This article provides instructions to clear the WEM Infra server cache. 

Clearing WEM Infra server cache was required for a case where using Infra server option "Use Cache Even If Online" "resulted in an error on WEM agents: An error occurred while building your environment"

Instructions

1. Configure option on WEM infra servers to uncheck "Use Cache Even If Online", so its not used
2. Clear the WEM Infra server cache
3. On the infra server, the cache is here:
   • C:\Program Files (x86)\Norskale\Norskale Infrastructure Services\Local Broker Cache  (backup up prior to removing the file).
4. Stop WEM infra service
5. Delete cache file
6. Start WEM Infra service (it will recreate, sync from DB)
7. Wait 60 minutes for all updates to occur
8. Enable the option on WEM infra servers, ticking "Use Cache Even If Online", so it is used
