Description
Autoscale is powering on more machines that specified when managing Autoscale per delivery group
Machines are also not powering down when user logs off.
Resolution
Edit the capacity buffer to reflect how many machines should be available. If set to 100% , all machines will be powered on.
Problem Cause
Capacity buffer was set to 100% which means all machines would be powered on and remain on even if users log off.Additional Information
