Option to create Single-session OS machine catalog is not available.

Follow the below steps to determine the license type in use.

1. Sign in to Citrix Cloud.
2. In the upper left menu, select My Services > DaaS.
3. From Manage > Full Configuration, select Settings in the left pane.
4. Check Assign license blade.

Problem Cause

Citrix DaaS Advanced edition does not support single-session Windows client OS desktops. Should have Citrix DaaS Advanced Plus, Citrix DaaS Premium or Citrix DaaS Premium Plus edition license to use the single-session Windows client OS desktops. Refer to Feature matrix for DaaS feature comparison
