Historical usage data lost after upgrading the License Server

Description
Historical Use report does not show License usage data prior to the License Server upgrade.
Resolution
Perform in-place upgrade of License Server to retain the configuration and Historical Use data
Problem Cause
Existing License Server was uninstalled by administrator and new version was installed manually. When uninstall the Citrix License Server configuration and Historical Use data is deleted from server.
