Description
Devices tab missing when launching desktop.
Resolution
- Log on to VDA.
2. Input "services.msc" in Run.exe and click "OK".
3. Start the "Citrix device redirector service".
4. Reconnect the session.
Note:- If the service is already started and still the desktop viewer is not visible in any way then it could be because of missing files, it is recommended to remove the CWA and then install it again.
