Resolution
Please correct the path for cmstart.exe to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\HDX\bin” in Environment varialble.

Problem Cause
The issue is caused if you do not see 'cmstart.exe' loading, it will not load 'wfshell.exe' and that is why no 'logoncomplete' notification.Additional Information
