Power BI fails to launch in 7.15 LTSR VDA

Description
Power BI can't be opened in a Windows Server 2012 R2 with VDA 7.15 LTSR installed.
No errors are thrown, the Power BI launch keeps stuck at UI initialization page without any response.
Resolution
Upgrade VDA to 1912 LTSR at least, for compatible with Microsoft Edge WebView2.

Problem Cause
