Description

You might find the following symptoms when using VDA version 7 1912 CU4 or CU5, or VDA using XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 CU8:

  • Citrix policies assigned by OU fail to apply.
  • Group Policy Wizard in Studio shows the results as expected.
  • Microsoft Group Policies are applied as expected.

Resolution

Issue is already fixed in 1912 Cu6 CVADHELP-20361

Problem Cause

CSEEngine calls GetGPOList for computer policy via the domain controller name, rather than the domain name.
