Microsoft Teams "Give/Request Control" option is not available from the VDI while having Screen Share

Resolution

Give/Request Control in Teams works with the following versions:

-Teams 1.4.00.22472 or newer
-Citrix Workspace App Current release 2112.1 or newer (not LTSR)
-Citrix Workspace app for Mac 2203.1

You don't need to upgrade VDA Agent as this is a client related feature
