Description

For MPX ADCs with firmware version 13.1: Build21.50+
Users got the following “HDD not found during boot” error when doing ns_hw_err.bash check.

Resolution

As a known script issue, ADC engineering is working on a fix for this.
Recommended workaround:
According to published KB: FAQ: How to Verify Hardware Health Status on NetScaler MPX?
It is recommended to use stat system -detail command to display the current health attributes of different NetScaler hardware component.

In case you need to run hardware check script in ADC 13.1, please contact Citrix Support.
