Description
User can only login the Citrix resource from the iOS device for the first time.
The subsequent login attempts would fail with the error 'CAMAuthManErrorCodeProtocol'.
Resolution
Choosing 'Domain' on Logon Type and disabling 'Require token consistency' on storefront can resolve the issue.
Problem Cause
Incorrect configuration when using RSA push authentication.
