Description
Virtual Servers and Service Groups DOWN after secondary NetScaler upgrade
Resolution
This is an expected behavior that if the nodes in HA pair are on different versions, Secondary Node will show all the services, service group etc as Down.
Once both the nodes are on same version, the status of all the entities will synchronize.
Problem Cause
Version mismatch
