Citrix Cloud - STA test fails during configuration of on-prem ADC (NetScaler)

Description
- After adding Netscaler gateway in the Citrix cloud page, clicking on "Test STA", you might see this warning:
- "STA test failed -- STA connectivity could not be validated. Application launches may not succeed."
- Applications and desktops launch successfully.
- No errors in the Cloud connectors logs.
Resolution
The message is a warning, and might not be relevant to your configuration.
Problem Cause
This does not necessarily mean that application or desktop launches will fail. The test result is caused by the failure of the ADC (Netscaler) to be able to reach the following addresses:

Issue/Introduction
Administrators configuring Citrix Cloud to connect with on-premise ADC (Netscaler) might encounter this warning. The warning does mean that application and desktop launches will fail.
