User is unable to login to Citrix cloud after creating new account
User is able to login to MyCitrix.com without issue
Resolution
In order to login to Citrix Cloud, you need to login using same username and password you use to log in to MyCitrix.com as both share the same login component.
Problem Cause
User was using different password for Citrix Cloud login than they were using for MyCitrix.comIssue/Introduction
