Description

  • Published Application clicks are out of focus and off target on the screen when using multiple 4k monitors (5 Displays)
  • This issue only occurs when Citrix Workspace is in use, it does not occur when we revert to Citrix Receiver
  • Behaviour occurs when the scaling is at 100% & 125%, It does not occur when the scaling is set to 150% but using 150% is currently not an option.
  • Testing the High DPI settings in the advanced properties of Citrix Workspace and the issue still occurs
  • The issue does not occur with Citrix Workspace when the 5th screen is unplugged 
  • Also dragging windows across the 5 monitors does not work, it gets stuck on the 4th monitor and does not move any further.

Resolution

Increase the value of the setting “Display Memory Limit” within the Citrix Policy to support more than 4x4K screens
