Description

  • All the admins do not see alerts tab in cloud portal to configure alert notification.
  • No errors seen on HAR trace. 
  • Checked with different machines/browsers with no changes. 
  • Added a new admin and same issue.

Resolution

Alerts tab is not available with Virtual Apps and Desktops Advanced Service entitlement
Director Premium features (which includes Alerts and other additional features) are only available on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Premium service.
