Is it feasible to downgrade a Citrix Environment from 1912 LTSR CU# to 7.15 LTSR CU#? Delivery Controller, Storefront, and VDA.

Instructions

• It is not feasible to install a Citrix Software version lower than the one that is already installed within the Windows Servers.
• From Citrix Tech Support, we do not recommend you to downgrade to a lower version (DDC Software from 1912 LTSR to 7.15 LTSR) however, the only option would be to roll back the DDC Software version to a previous snapshot/backup of the DDC Servers using 7.15 LTSR version.
• In order to downgrade the VDAs, you can proceed first using VDA Cleanup Utility to make sure there will be a fresh installation for the VDA 7.15 LTSR > https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX209255
