Gateway 12.1 55.247- after reboot/restart the Gateway is not working need to Enable/Disabled MBF for get access to the Gateway page

Description
After ADC reboot/restart Customer unable to access Citrix Gateway page.
Customer had to toggle MBF mode on ADC for restore access to Citrix Gateway Page.
Resolution
Dev Analysis confimed this is not Networking issue , is related with version 12.1 55.247.
ARP table and Network Traces showing not difference after reboot and toogle MBF mode.
Customer confirmed the issue was fixed after upgraded to 12.1 64.16
